          Hildi Santo-Tomas was born on April 4, ,[a] in Raleigh, North Carolina, where she grew up.[1][3] After graduating from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a business degree, she found work as a financial planner and as a stockbroker.[4][5]
